How to Use this Test:
INSTRUCTIONS:
Collect your urine in a clean, dry cup. Note, only a small volume is needed. (The first urine is highly recommended but not required). Remove the test cassette from the sealed pouch and place it on a flat, dry surface.
Draw urine into the Urine dropper provided.Hold the dropper upright about 1/2 inch above the test cassette, squeezing gently add 2-3 drops of urine into the sample well. Read test results between 2-5 minutes.
Do not read results after 5 minutes.

Please refer to leaflet inside the box for how to interpret your results and any further steps that you should follow.
CAUTION:
- For in-vitro diagnostic use only (not for internal use).
- Store at room temperature 35 F – 86 F(2 C – 30C).
- Do not use after the expiation date shown on the printed side of the flap.
- Do not freeze.
- Open foil package at time of intended use.
